Bowled over with laughter
I know that when I need to cheer myself up the best thing to do is search for a Randy Charach movie. There isn’t anything that does the trick when I am down in the dumps like a funny film. The cliche of laughter being the best medicine is certainly true when it comes to me. I like to put a movie in the DVD player and forget all my problems. Watching 7 – 10 Split took me from tears of sadness to being bowled over with tears of laughter. That is exactly the kind of movie I need when life gets me down.
