Job Opportunites for Graduates Scarce
It looks like Job Opportunities for university graduates are falling with the economic crisis right now. Figures show that 36,000 students who graduated in 2008 were still unemployed in the first quarter of 2009. Some graduates are moving to other countries like Australia just to find work. The number of job vacancies has fallen by 5.4%, so things are getting a lot tougher for new graduates looking for jobs. At one time going to university was almost a passport to getting a good job, but that is no longer the case. Things are getting hard for anyone now looking for work, and sadly a lot of people like university graduates are over-qualified for some types of work.
