Pulling Customer Orders

I work at a feed mill and we do a lot of heavy work.  The small orders we can carry individually to people’s cars, but larger orders we build on a pallet and carry them to the customers truck on Yale manual pallet jacks.  Our dock allows us to load pallets on pickup trucks and trailers.  Customers get charged for the pallet and then when they bring it back for their next order there is no charge.  Some customers like to keep the pallets at home in their barn to stack alfalfa and straw on, and that is fine as long as they pay for it.
