Sunglasses Help Me Appreiciate Nature
I had a question for my eye doctor the other day about kinds of glasses to choose. I asked him if I was correct in my perception that polarized sunglasses helped me see better and clearer. I was even better at spotting the fish when my boyfriend and I kyaked! He told me that many people have that same perception, and sometime use them for night time driving as well. My feeling is that you do whatever works for you. And I love the fact that I do see better with them; maybe it is because of my astigmatism. Whatever the reason, I can enjoy our nature trips much better!
