Acne vulgaris is a skin condition which normally begins at adolescence and can persist through adulthood. Acne is really an embarrassing problem especially if you are a teenager. There are many different kinds of of medicine that you can treat your acne with and most of it is available at any supermarket. The last thing you want to do if you have acne is to pop it because this is what causes scarring which stays even after the acne is gone. If you are going through hormonal changes you may notice your acne increase. Make sure you get plenty of sleep and avoid stress, take vitamins daily and avoid eating bad food such as fast food when you have acne. In order to get rid of acne faster make sure you stay well hydrated at all times. Severe acne is treated by taking acne antibiotics, hormonal treatment and laser surgery. A good way to treat acne is to use Aloe Vera by applying it to areas that are affected with acne the most every day for about a month.
