12/30 Enjoy Your Majorca Holidays This Spring – Why Wait?

I have really been waiting until the perfect time to use my vacation days, which I think will be just right come this spring.  You see, our anniversary is in the spring, and it will be 10 years for us, so I think using my vacation time then would be perfect.  Now though, I need to create the perfect getaway to celebrate the occasion, which is why I have been really looking at what can be done on Majorca holidays.  They have an awful lot to do on the island from the usual beaches to having some of the finest dining and places to visit.

12/26 The Impromptu Eilat Trip

I am currently looking for great deals on hotels in Eilat. I am kinda tight on this part of the trip. Actually, I never actually planned to go to Eilat on this Israel visit. My girlfriend just got convinced by one of the German tourists we chatted with over lunch at this Tel Aviv restaurant that we have to see Eilat before we head back home. I mean, I’m sure it would be worth the trouble. The problem is, we’re on our last leg of our vacation and we’ve already used up our vacation money on other things. But, oh well…I also want to see Eilat!

12/23 My Manager Told Me About st ives cornwall

My manager is an all around great guy and I really look up to him.  He has told me that he really does want to help me to progress in my career, and I truly appreciate all of the valuable advice he has imparted to me.  After all, he has been around for nearly 70 years and has a lot of wisdom!  He has even given me a great pointer for my personal life, too.  He told me about st ives cornwall, and a certain holiday resort there that he went to visit last year.  After he showed me photos, I was sold on it!

12/20 Smoking Ban To Be Introduced in Spain

One of the thing that really gets me when I’m on holiday in another country is when people smoke in bars and restaurants. It’s pathetic how you can go somewhere to eat, see signs on the walls saying smoking is not allowed, yet people carry on doing it. When we went to Spain recently we went for a meal out and the people on the next table lit up their cigarettes. We had to eat with smoke being wafted over us. That’s despite a sign saying ‘no smoking’! Now I see the Spanish government is taking a tougher line and in 2010 is making it illegal to smoke in any bars or restaurants. I hope the penalties for breaking the smoking ban will be tough.

12/19 Meet and Greet Stansted Airport

If you are flying from Stansted Airport, it might be because you are travelling on a budget airline. That might mean that you have a few pounds to spare for a valet parking, or ‘meet and greet’, service. Competitive rates mean that meet and greet parking is no longer a luxury for the few. Meet and greet Stansted offers the air traveller an alternative to self-parking and using the transit trains to get to one’s destination within the airport. Simply entrusting your car to a professional driver, before strolling a short distance to check-in, is especially convenient for elderly people, disabled persons and families with lots of kids and luggage.

12/16 The thickening swells

Vincent and the Grenadines, our next port of call, both shaken and invigorated by the danger and the drama, the chaos and the education, the teamwork and the hard-won, elemental pleasure of harnessing the wind. The Illusion righted herself, and we glided on toward St. Frantically, we reversed the mornings procedures. Were going to bring the staysail western caribbean cruises in so that you can enjoy all the daily and nightly activities onboard. Norman, popping up providentially from below. The thickening swells, in fact, were almost touching the worn wooden rail that arced around the ship. We were tilting to starboard. But midway, we began to notice something odd.

12/08 Beach Strolling

When our neighbors told us what a wonderful time they had on the Gulf Coast, we started searching for Captiva Island rentals for our own private getaway. We found a terrific house with a pool and a private dock that had everything we would ever need. We arrived very late and there was nothing to do but turn in. The bed was soft and comfortable and we had no problem falling asleep. The next day we walked to the beach and strolled in the surf looking for shells. It looked like it was going to be a clear evening for a great sunset, so my wife suggested we watch from the balcony of the house, and it was great.

12/01 When we arrived in Sydney

My wife and I arrived at Sydney Airport and were heading out to the Blue Mountains. We had looked at catching a bus out to the region but decided we would prefer to drive ourselves. I went to the information centre and got a list of the cheap car rental companies based at the airport. We discovered that we could rent a car for the same price as 2 bus tickets. It was only a 3 hour drive as opposed to 4.5 hours on a bus, so that made it an even more appealing idea. We had a great drive and enjoyed all the sights on the way.
