My Parents Retired Overseas
When my parents retired last year, they decided to move to another country. Calling them from my cell phone cost an arm and a leg, and the connection was so bad that I could barely hear them. A friend suggested I get a prepaid calling card, and I am so glad I followed her advice. Not only are the minutes cheaper, but now I can hear every detail of their adventures in a foreign country. They are having a great time in their new home. They invited me to visit over the holidays, and I’ve already bought my plane ticket.
