A List Of Questions
I have to go to the doctor next week for check up and I have so many questions to ask my doctor. I need to talk to him about my eczema allergy because it is getting worse. I am also having a lot of trouble falling asleep and I want to see what he can recommend. I also need to talk to him about my blood pressure medication because it seems to be making me sick. I am making a list so that I can remember everything that I need to ask him. I hope that it all goes well and he can help me.
