Dieting for 6 pack abs
If there was a magic pill that would get me my six pack abs, I would take it. Unfortunately I am destined to a six pack abs diet for now and exercise. There is something on tv now that looks like a belt and it vibrates. It is supposed to give you 6 pack abs in weeks. This either is gonna work or it is gonna feel like a refund is in store for more useless ab machines. This has got to feel like cheating in some way, shape, or form. I hardly ever see women with 6 pack abs.
