fat is a lost cause

There is some talk on the web about the good for ya fats.  I am glad that folks are finally going to allow themselves to believe again in the inherent benefits of these good for you fats found in nuts, seeds, and fish.  Along with exercise, these fats can help all the nerve endings in your body to be lubricated.  The brain needs this especially.  It will alter your whole life to not feed your body these good fats and practice fat loss home exercises.   The body has a lifespan on average, 100 years, if you take good care of yourself.
