Helping Others with my Job
Being a yoga instructor I never thought that I could end up helping people in more ways than helping them have peace and be healthy. It all started out a few years ago when one of my students told me that she was having panic attacks and wanted to try using yoga as a relaxation technique. It seemed to work for her and she was even able to reduce the amount of medication that she was taking. Now I have a class that is especially dedicated to those who want to overcome panic attacks. It even works as a support group where people can share their experiences and how yoga has helped them.
