the time of day
it is the best time of the day for me to ge the exercise that i need and i ma goig to take advantage of it right away. i have to use the tinme of the day when i have the most motivation because that is when i ma going to get the most out of it. it is when i am really in the mood to lift weights that i can get done fast and get some reall good work in. dumbbell training workouts are really good and i use them some of them time, but right now i ma using a barbell/
