weight training to lose fat

cardio execise is a good fat loss exercises.  but weight training is also. by building muscle with weights you will burn fat all day long because your metabolism is running faster then it would normaly. also if you use high intensity workout methods when you workout you will be able to keep your heart rate up and this too will burn fat. put your exercises together in a cicuit and then performm them with little or no rest in between them at all. you will find that this works great to burn fat off of your midsection. i did for mine.
