Avoid Fluctuating Insulin Levels to Successfully Burn Body Fat

When high levels of insulin are present in the bloodstream, it keeps fat from being used as an energy source by the body due to a rise in enzymes that prevent the breakdown of body fat. In other words, if you’re constantly experiencing this cycle of rising/falling blood sugar levels, your body will be physically unable to burn body fat for use as energy.

Not only that, but the presence of insulin also stimulates the body to move fats from the bloodstream and store them as body fat. With constantly high insulin levels you’ll be storing more body fat and burning less of your body fat as fuel at the same time. Not a good combination!
