Epidural Steroid Injections
There are many different “sciatica cures“, the first being prevention of course and early detection so that treatment can begin as soon as possible. However, should your pain be severe there are other ways to manage it. Epidural steroid injections is an option. These injections act as an anti-inflammatory. There is a question in the medical field regarding the benefit of these injections. While they do give you short term relief, it is not a sciatica cure. Given in too high a dose then can cause side effects and they are usually limited to only three in one year. The search for sciatica cures continue however.
