I want the best things in life and so the truth about building muscle is very vital to me. I do not want to be a mediocre. I really cannot just settle being second best or a second rate copycat. There are many ways to protect ourselves from all these abusive people. These people are disguised in angelic faces and even in mild manner behavior. It is even difficult to decipher the real persona of that person anymore. The only realization that we get, is when we have realized that we have been misled and cheated.
