Jumping to Increase Height

Stop wishing that you were tall, take concrete steps to actually become taller. A fun way to grow taller naturally and fast is jumping around, literally. Except for one hour before and after you eat something, you can do jumps anytime. Jump up at a high object in the house, jump up at branches of trees in the park, or do jumps in the gym. Do more than 300 jumps a day to grow taller quick. The more the better. Sports are a great way of increasing height too. Basketball, volleyball, etc. involve a lot of jumping. Physical activity helps the body produce more growth hormones.
