Running Off The Pounds

It’s marathon season and that means a lot of people have decided to take up the sport of running for its various health benefits end generally enjoyable experience.  Running can be a whole lot of fun, maybe not as much fun as learning to dance salsa, but it’s a lot of fun nonetheless.  You get to see a lot of sites and do a lot of things that you wouldn’t normally do that in itself is worthwhile, but also your healthier and happier because of it.  There is no better sport to lose weight and to just feel awesome all the time.
