Seriously, Was It Necessary For Me to Have Panic Attacks?

I had been experiencing panic attacks for over six month when I decided to find help for panic attacks.  I had already talked to my doctor who was insistent that I take drugs so I went my merry way and looked for natural alternatives.  I talked to my chiropractor who deals in herbal and natural therapies and he recommended deep breathing exercises and some form of meditation along with herbal supplements to control my panic attacks.  I am glad I went with my chiropractor’s recommendations.  I have never felt better and I am even more productive at work.  Nothing seems to bother me anymore so I can enjoy my life.
