Should I Drink Goji Juice Regularly?

I have been hearing a lot about the possible health benefits of goji juice. I am trying to figure out what I would need to do in order to get these health benefits. Would I need to drink goji juice really regularly, or would I get some of the benefits even if I just drink it from time to time? What amounts were used in the studies that show that there are health benefits? I would be really interested in learning more about this if someone could recommend a good resource for me to use to search for more information.
