Sourses of Omega-3 and telomerase
If you want to increase the level of these Omega 3 acids then there are many food sources available to you locally. Besides buying over the counter health food tablets you can eat several types of fish as a natural source. A few sources of fish high in Omega 3 would be Salmon, mackerel, trout and anchovies. Try to aim for a minimum daily intake of 1000mg per serving, using a mixture of both DHA and EPA for optimal results. Unlike Omega-3, increasing levels of telomerase is not easy. You need to take special telomerase supplements that are not very cheap comparing with Omaga-3. Most well known are telomerase Reneuve and TA-65.
