New Roof – New House
I have lived in many houses, but only one of them ever needed a new roof. It was an older house, and I bought it so I could flip it. I redid the cabinets, put in hardwood flooring, and fixed up the bathrooms. I also called the Sacramento roofers to come in and reroof the whole house. However, when the economy fell, it took my dreams of flipping the house with it. Now I live in that same house I fixed up. After all, it has all new stuff, including a new roof! You can’t get much better than that, right?
