Making this card is very easy. Fold the sheet of A4 Card to make your card. Now go for the fold on your left and in the middle of the left fold cut a slit about 1 inch long. Fold the two divided top edges in a diagonal way from center to top corners. This will make the collar. Now take the bright colored card and cut a tie shape from it. Decorate the cut piece with scraps of colored paper and glue the tie in the center of the card.
