Helping Hands
I am a fan of getting everyone in the house to help out. We have the kids make their beds every day, set the table for dinner, and bring their dirty clothes to the garage as well as feed and walk the dog. Callie can’t life the heavy dog food bag, but she can scoop the food out with a plastic cup. Jenny is very good about offering to help out with chores that weren’t even assigned to her. I am proud of the kids I am raising to be helpful and self sufficient. Jake, who is twelve, likes to help his dad with the yard work and is a big help.
