Getting the Job Done
When acquiring properties that I can then put out for my Wholesale Real Estate work, there is another way to get the property. I can hook the owner up with a trust that has me listed as the beneficiary. This way, I don’t pay the owner any money, but I do fix up the house. I put the property under contract, and send put the listing to my buyers, with a price that is higher than I am looking for, so that I have some wiggle room when it comes to negotiations. This is the most profitable way for me, and once I am done with that deal, I go and do it again.
