Teaching my child to read must be in a fun filled manner. The child will always be encouraged with positive words and praises. Let the entire family sit together and help the child read aloud. Such family activities will make the child feel comfortable. Games that involve reading could be played with the child and make the reading fun filled. When reading a story to the child try to make it interesting by adding some expressions and making it dramatic. Voice modulations and using of puppets will all help in making the story reading a fun filled activity. While reading a story include your child in the various roles and let him read his part of the role.
