New socks needed by my sister
My sister has started running and is trying to find the time to go out running everyday. So far she has managed to get up to running 5 miles a day. I thought at first this was nothing until she managed to persuade me to join her. After a few days running with her my running shoes started to rub my feet in different parts. I went to a local running shop and was advised to buy some proper running socks. So after having a look around I found a brand called Wigwam Running Socks. I found these so comfortable and solved the problem of blisters. I was so impressed I even bought my sister some!
