Buying A Portable DVD Player
My daughter has been bugging us to buy a portable dvd player for car before we leave for vacation next week. I have been holding out, thinking that a family road trip should be about conversation and enjoying time with each other, but I know that is a naive idea. My daughter and her brother are likely to do more arguing than conversing and it certainly would be nice to keep them busy while we’re traveling. I also like to have an option if there is no tv at the small oceanside hotel where we are staying. Of course, my kids will probably fight about which dvd to watch, so there may be no getting away from it afterall!
