Luxury and nature combined is hard to beat
When you think of accommodation in taupo I don’t think you would believe just how luxurious some of the places are. I was lucky enough to spend a week down there recently checking out the best places available and they were certainly not disappointing. I have stayed in some pretty fancy places around the world but it is hard to beat some of these establishments. The elegance of them coupled with the natural beauty of the area make for a truly outstanding experience. It’s not often you can enjoy a five course a la carte meal while looking out over the largest crater lake in the world to snow capped mountains.
